Membership Policies

Bodhidevi strives to offer quality, good value and ethical terms. We please ask that Members read and abide by our policies.

Vacation / Injury / Suspension: All suspensions require 2 weeks notice prior to your billing date. You must have been a member for at least 3 months. Suspensions are for a minimum of 1 month and for a maximum of 3 cumulative months in 1 year. We also require a doctor’s or alternative health professional’s note for all injury suspension. Cancellation: Cancellations require 30 days notice prior to your billing date. You must have fulfilled your 3-month commitment before you can cancel without penalty.

Under no circumstances do we permit date extensions. You may not extend or transfer your fitness membership to another person. To cancel:

Unused Time: We do not issue refunds for unused time on memberships, and we do not provide extensions. Once you sign up, it is your responsibility to use the fitness membership to your satisfaction, or else cancel it. Those who are uncertain about their ability to commit should consider buying a class card.

Late Payment: Members will automatically be charged $15 for any returned payment due to closed accounts, insufficient funds, etc.

Class Cards: All Class Card purchases are final. We cannot offer refunds, transfers or exchanges.

Payments: Your monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your Credit Card on the same date every month. Fitness membership payments continue automatically after completion of your initial commitment. All memberships automatically renew unless cancelled with proper notice.

Fitness memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable:

  1. Guests must follow rules and regulations. Bodhidevi reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
  2. Bodhidevi reserves the right to modify/change rules, regulations, services, and pricing with reasonable notice.
  3. We require twenty-four hour advance notice on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
  4. Bodhidevi is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
